This is the late afternoon Santa Barbara Farmers' Market, me sitting on the curb, shooting pictures into the golden light. I loved the interaction between these two and I loved the way their extravagant bouquets caught the light. The baby in the red buggy was a plus! A friend came up with the cute title, since they look like they are just barely out of college. It was very exciting to win First Place in an International show with this painting.
